Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Emirates Procure platform. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

“Platform” — The Emirates Procure website located at emirates-procure.com, including all pages, features, and services.

“Company” / “Listed Company” — A business entity that has registered an account and created a company listing on the Platform.

“Visitor” — Any individual or entity that browses the Platform without a registered account.

“RFQ” — A Request for Quotation submitted through the Platform by a Visitor to a Listed Company.

“We” / “Us” / “Our” — Emirates Procure, the operator of this Platform.

“Content” — All text, images, data, and other materials posted on the Platform.

 

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the company you represent.
  • You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

3. Platform Services

3.1 Directory Listing

The Platform provides a B2B directory for UAE construction and heavy industry companies. Listed Companies can create and manage a company profile including contact details, sector information, project images, and verification status.

 

3.2 RFQ System

Visitors may submit RFQs directly to Listed Companies through the Platform. The Platform acts solely as a communication facilitator and is not a party to any resulting agreement, contract, or transaction between the Visitor and the Listed Company.

 

3.3 Account Registration

To create a company listing, you must register an account and provide accurate information. Accounts are subject to admin approval before becoming active. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or suspend any account at our discretion.

 

4. Company Listings

4.1 Accuracy of Information

Listed Companies are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information submitted to the Platform, including trade licence details, contact information, and company descriptions. You must promptly update your listing if any information changes.

 

4.2 Verification

Verification badges are awarded at our sole discretion based on submitted documentation. A verification badge does not constitute our endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of any company’s services, qualifications, or financial standing.

 

4.3 Prohibited Content

You must not submit or display content that:

  • Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Infringes any intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Contains defamatory, offensive, or discriminatory material
  • Violates any applicable UAE laws or regulations
  • Promotes competing directory platforms
  • Contains unsolicited advertising (spam)

 

5. RFQ Submissions

5.1 Visitor Responsibilities

Visitors who submit RFQs represent that the information provided is accurate and that they have a genuine business requirement. Submitting false or misleading RFQs is strictly prohibited.

 

5.2 No Guarantee of Response

Submission of an RFQ does not guarantee a response from the Listed Company. We have no obligation to ensure Listed Companies respond to RFQs within any specific timeframe.

 

5.3 Direct Relationships

Any agreement, contract, negotiation, or transaction entered into as a result of an RFQ is solely between the Visitor and the Listed Company. We are not a party to such agreements and accept no responsibility for their outcome.

 

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content

All content on the Platform that is not provided by Listed Companies, including the design, layout, logos, and code, is owned by or licensed to Emirates Procure. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without our prior written consent.

 

6.2 Company Content

By submitting content to the Platform (including company descriptions, logos, and project images), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Platform for the purpose of operating the directory.

You retain ownership of all content you submit and represent that you have the right to grant the above licence.

 

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content listed on the Platform.
  • We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any Listed Company, their services, qualifications, or fitness for any particular purpose.
  • We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
  • We are not responsible for the outcome of any business dealings resulting from introductions made through the Platform.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable UAE law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of business, revenue, or profit
  • Loss of data or information
  • Damage to reputation or goodwill
  • Any reliance placed on information displayed on the Platform

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed AED 500 (five hundred UAE Dirhams).

 

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any company listing or account, at our sole discretion, if we believe:

  • False or misleading information has been submitted
  • The account is being used for fraudulent purposes
  • These Terms and Conditions have been violated
  • The listing is harmful to other users or the reputation of the Platform

We will endeavour to notify you of any suspension or removal, but are not obligated to do so where we believe notification would compromise security or the integrity of our platform.

 

10. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites. Visiting linked websites is at your own risk.

 

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

We encourage users to contact us in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings.
